The EC400 offers robust performance with its 40-taper spindle, ensuring precise and efficient machining. With rapid feed rates and quick tool changes, the EC400 is designed for high-volume production and finishing tasks. The pallet pool system allows for uninterrupted machining. While one pallet is being machined, the other can be loaded or unloaded, ensuring continuous operation and reduced downtime.

Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center; 30″ x 16″ x 20″ (762 x 406 x 508 mm), 40 taper, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 12,000 rpm, inline direct-drive, high-speed 24+1 side-mount tool changer, 1400 ipm (35.6 m/min) rapids, power-failure detection module, 1 GB program memory, 15″ color LCD monitor, USB port, memory lock keyswitch, rigid tapping and 55-gallon (208 liter) flood coolant system.

The DS-30Y Y-axis turning center combines dual-spindle turning with Y axis, C axis, and live tooling to create a powerful “done-in-one” machining solution for any shop. Off-center milling, drilling, and tapping operations are possible for increased machining capabilities. It comes standard with a 12-station BMT65 turret and synchronized C axis for versatile 4-axis capability. The opposed spindles support fully synchronized turning, and allow on-the-fly part pass-off to reduce cycle times. The DS-30Y has a medium footprint, yet provides a generous work envelope. This machine offers the best performance for the money – the best value – in it’s class.

The HRC210 is a compact, high-speed rotary table driven by a high-performance roller cam system that provides indexing speeds up to 830°/second. SPINDLES: 1; PLATTER SIZE: 210 mm; MAX TORQUE: 210 ft-lb; MAX SPEED: 100 °/sec

The DM-2 is a compact, high-speed machining center built with proven Haas components and sub-assemblies. It is identical in construction and specifications to the DM-1, with the addition of 8" of X-axis travel and table length. The machine’s shop-proven 40-taper inline spindle, 18+1 tool changer, high acceleration rates, fast rapids, and impressive short tool-change times make the DM-2 an attractive high-productivity machining center.
